Who is responsible
This website, lynst.one, is operated by Pure Synergy OÜ (registry code 14132722), Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, 10115 Tallinn, Estonia, under the brand Lynstone. The data controller for anything described here is Pure Synergy OÜ. Contact: anton@lynst.one.
What this site collects
Nothing that identifies you. The site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads no fonts or scripts from third parties, and contains no forms. Fonts and images are served from this domain.
Like every website, the server that hosts these pages records technical logs when you request a page: your IP address, the time, the page requested, your browser type and the referring page. Our hosting provider keeps these logs briefly for security and reliability, and we do not use them to identify visitors. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the site securely (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Booking a call
The "Book a call" buttons take you to Cal.com, a scheduling service run by Cal.com, Inc. Anything you enter there (name, email, notes, the time you choose) is processed by Cal.com under its own privacy policy and shared with us so that we can hold the call. We keep booking details for as long as we are in contact with you about a possible engagement.
If you write to anton@lynst.one, we keep your message and our reply for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for our records, on the basis of the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in keeping business correspondence.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, for its correction or deletion, for a restriction of processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and for a copy of your data in a portable format. Write to anton@lynst.one. You may also complain to a supervisory authority; in Estonia that is the Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (Data Protection Inspectorate).

If we add a form, analytics or any other processing to this site, we will update this page first and change the date at the top.
